Shipping & Returns
We are so thrilled to be able to ship orders worldwide. Any orders placed with us will be dispatched the next working day (excluding public holidays & bank holidays).
Shipping times begin the day after your order has been collected from our warehouse. For example if you order on Monday, we pack your order on Tuesday and Wednesday is counted as the first shipping day.
Ireland & UK Customers
For our Irish Customers, we use DPD Overnight delivery to ship your orders
You should receive email/text notifications from DPD with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any queries about your order after it has been shipped please contact DPD directly.
At present for UK and NI orders we use An Post Registered Post. Delivery times are generally 3 – 5 days but there may be delays or extra custom charges beyond our control due to Brexit and Covid.
If for any reason you do not receive this information, please contact us at info@journeyskincareandbeauty.com and we can provide you with your tracking information.
Delivery times:
- Ireland: 2 working days
- UK: 3-5 working days
International Customers:
For all other International orders we ship with An Post Registered Shipping.
Delivery time for An Post International:
- US Delivery time 5-7 working days (Possible customs delays)
- Europe Delivery time 5 – 7 working days.
- Rest of World Delivery time 5-7 working days.
*Please note in busy periods i.e Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may be delayed due to the increase in demand on our delivery partners. We have no control over the current delays in and out of the UK due to the transition of Brexit and delays due to Covid Lockdowns. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control but we will endeavor to have your delivery to you asap.
